The average shipping takes between 1 and 2 business days for most destinations in Spain and 5 to 10 days for shipments to Europe.
These dates are approximate and we strive to always comply with them, but exceptionalities may occur such as weather incidents, service interruptions, local holidays, customs delays... etc., so keep in mind that the date is an estimated indication and that in Sometimes it may not be fulfilled.

Easy exchanges and returns
Was it not what you expected or the size is not correct? Don't worry, you have a period of 15 days to return your purchase easily. We accept returns as long as the items are new and unused, with all tags, without traces of deodorant or makeup, and in the original packaging. For hygienic reasons, used items CANNOT be returned.
How to make a return?
To return an item, we recommend following these steps:
- Go to "my account" and log in to view your order history. Then, select "make an exchange or return" on the order you want to return.
- Choose the products you want to return or exchange, confirm your shipping address (you can change it if necessary) and accept.
- Print the change request page and attach it to the package. If you do not have a printer, write on a piece of paper the exchange reference that you will find on the return form.
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused (except for testing). In the case of swimsuits, make sure they are clean, with their hygienic protections and labels intact.
- Send the products to the address indicated on the return form. You can use mail or courier with locator (recommended), mail with return receipt, certified mail or simple mail (not recommended, since it does not offer tracking).
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, within 7 days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
