By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these general purchasing conditions and all their clauses. Your agreement with respect to the general conditions of purchase does not require any handwritten signature on your part, considering that you place an order on the internet. Unless otherwise indicated, online records on the MODA BIKINI website are evidence of your orders and payments. Your order will only be taken into account after confirmation of payment by MODA BIKINI.

The sales contract consists of the general terms and conditions applicable during the order and purchase of the order. PURCHASING PROCESS

The purchasing process on our website is very simple and consists of a few steps:

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS AND GIFTS

Shipping in Spain and Portugal within the peninsula is free. For the rest of the areas and countries, the shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart once the shipping address information has been entered.

The total price, including taxes and shipping costs, will be visible in the final purchase summary. We inform you that we are not responsible for any taxes or import duties that some countries apply to the entry of foreign shipments. These expenses are borne by the client.

The prices indicated on the website may be modified at any time. The prices invoiced are those applicable during the order. Promotional offers are valid during the periods shown on the website, subject to confirmation of the order by MODA BIKINI.

SHIPPING

To guarantee the best quality of service and the best delivery time, shipping is carried out through the collaboration of MODA BIKINI with several logistics operators in the market, leaders in their sector. The logistics operator will depend on the country of the delivery address.

You can modify, cancel or refund the order as long as it has not left our warehouses and has already been shipped. If it has already been sent, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. In that case, a refund must be made.

Products purchased through our online store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the user (either a home address or a collection point) once payment has been verified and received. We process your order the same day or the next business day in the case of holidays or weekends.

The average shipping takes between 1 and 2 business days for most destinations in Spain and 5 to 10 days for shipments to Europe. These dates are approximate and we strive to always comply with them, but exceptionalities may occur such as weather incidents, service interruptions, local holidays, customs delays... etc., so keep in mind that the date is an estimated indication and that in Sometimes it may not be fulfilled.

The maximum delivery time is 1 month.

MODA BIKINI is not responsible for any customs duties and expenses that the order may incur. If the order is rejected and/or abandoned by the customer due to customs duties and fees, we will not provide refund in any case.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return a product, you can consult the “Shipping and returns” page where the steps necessary to make the return are explained in detail.

The period to change or refund the purchase is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. When the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. The purchase cannot be returned or refunded after 15 days have passed since receipt.

All customers will assume the costs of returning the items, except for quality issues or manufacturing defects in the product or material. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, and must also have the corresponding original labels.

The customer is responsible for the products and items until the moment they are returned to us, and must be responsible for their correct packaging when making the return so that they are not damaged.

In order to be refunded, receipt of your return must be confirmed by MODA BIKINI. Once the package with your return arrives at our warehouses and our staff has confirmed that everything is correct, we will proceed to return it. MODA BIKINI will review all damaged, incorrect or defective products that are returned. If we do not consider that the returned product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we reserve the right to invoice you again, as well as any associated costs.

When you wish to return your order and it is not due to an error made by MODA BIKINI, we will refund the amount of the product but not the costs associated with the order, such as transport, collection or packaging.

Items must be new and unused, suitable for sale, without damage or traces of deodorant or makeup, with all labels and in their original packaging. If the items have been used they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If a customer requests the cancellation of an order that included a gift item, they must return the gift or the amount of the item will be deducted from the total return to be made.

You have the right to terminate this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@modabikini.com.

You must return or send the goods directly to us, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days. The deadline will be met if you return the goods before the end of the period. We will proceed to make such refunds using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.

It is important that you know that different credit, debit or other card issuers follow different processes and terms, which operate with different deadlines. Although we will refund you immediately (provided the returned items meet the conditions), the refund will be processed to your card or credited to your bank account within three business days to two weeks. We recommend that you follow up the refund process with your card issuer.

SALE PROHIBITED

The articles offered on this website are intended for the personal and non-commercial use of our clients. It is strictly prohibited to resell any of the products on the MODA BIKINI website without the express written consent of MODA BIKINI. Multiple orders from MODA BIKINI that are considered commercial quantities will not be accepted.

WARRANTY
